Water & Soil Services is an entirely privately owned boutique consultancy and we always pride ourselves on providing a friendly, personable and affordable service to all of our clients.

 

Starting off working predominantly in the field of hydrology, our experience expanded to the installation and sampling of groundwater monitoring and extraction wells all over the state of Victoria. The majority of work was based around council landfills and contaminated commercial and industrial sites.

 

Expanding to contaminated land consultation over the past 6 years, our experience has developed immensely with projects ranging from minor backyard soil testing to full scale EPA Environmental Audit Assessments for major high-density residential and commercial developments.  We are in-line with all recent changes to relevant legislation and developed our procedures accordingly.  We have successfully completed hundreds of projects over the years across an incredible range of challenging jobs.  

 

With the requirement of unsewered properties to have septic systems installed, we have recently expanded to undertake Land Capability Assessments (LCAs).  In order to install a septic system, the council will usually require an LCA to be completed.  We have completed several LCAs over the past 12 months with resounding success.
